Brand New Service Time Beginning February 12!
This week we will meet back at the Round House Theatre and start our new permanent service time of 6:30pm! With this transition, we are looking forward to having more time to fellowship after service and hopefully it will make it a bit easier for you to invite your friends, neighbors and co-workers. It will also enable us to serve parents with young children more effectively. So mark your calendars! If you show up at 7:30, you’ll just about miss the service!
After Party
In celebration of baptisms and our new service time, we’re heading to Nando’s Peri Peri (924 Ellsworth Drive, Silver Spring, MD 20910) this Sunday after the service. So come join in the celebration as we take a moment to get to know one another better. You don’t want to miss it!

Women’s Conference (March 2-4)
We invite all the ladies to attend this year’s women’s conference on March 2–4 at the Hyatt Regency in Cambridge, MD. This year’s conference theme is “Biblical Womanhood in the 21st Century” and our keynote speaker, Mary Kassian, will discuss what it means for women to live biblically amidst the challenges of today’s culture. 1st Sunday Prayer – 2.12
Have you ever found yourself focusing more on things of the world that entice us instead of God’s promises for our lives? Join us as we pray to redirect our focus toward our purpose and inheritance as children of God. We encourage you to meditate on Matthew 6:33 and Romans 12:2 before we meet on Feb. 12 in the women’s dressing room at 5pm.
Haiti Mission Trip
We are planning a trip to Haiti from June 2-9th that will be the beginning of a Frontline-wide partnership with Mission of Hope-Haiti (http://www.mohhaiti.org/). Our goal in all of these activities is to reflect Christ by loving those who are both physically and spiritually hungry. If you have questions email Mekdes but make sure you apply by Feb. 12!
Child Dedications
Children are a heritage from the Lord (Psalm 127:3) and child dedications are a way for you as a parent to publically acknowledge that your child ultimately belongs to Him. In doing so, you are making a commitment before God and those who witness the ceremony to teach your child the Gospel as well as model and teach a lifestyle that honors the Lord. If you would like to dedicate your child during our next dedication, please contact Heather.
